My two-year-old really enjoyed the show. It last about 2 hours which I thought was a nice amount of time. Not too long or short.

We have been to Disney On Ice before but I enjoyed the show more this time. The show had something new and different constantly going on which kept it interesting. Plus there were some nice skating tricks and even some classic characters flying through the air!!

Disney on Ice, Dare to Dream ~ The Ultimate Princess Experience! Oct 12-16 #DOIAtl

Color Logo_D32_jpgIf your children have seen Princess and the Frog, Cinderella, Tangled, or just love princesses in general, the Disney on Ice, Dare to Dream show is a MUST see! I promise they won’t be disappointed! This show is brand spankin new! Atlanta is only the 7th city they’ve been to, so the show is just as fun and excited for them, as it was for us!

My 2yr old daughter, Natalie, hasn’t seen any of the movies or any of the characters besides the Mickey Mouse crew and she absolutely loved it! I wasn’t sure if she’d be able to sit still for so long and it being so close to her bed time I was worried about her being grumpy but she did marvelous!

During the show, she’d get excited and clap and yell “Yay!”. It was so cute! We brought jackets thinking Disney On ICE might be cold but we didn’t even need them. The room was actually the perfect temperature!

Before the show_Disney

Before the show, Feld Entertainment had a perfect set up for us with fun crafts, coloring for the kids, snacks, drinks, and we even had the opportunity to meet some of the actual Disney On Ice characters!! My little girl cried the first time she met them but she did much better the second time around, plus her mommy was with her!

I went with my sister-in-law and her 7yr old daughter, Mackenzie, and I’m so glad we did! Even though the show is for all ages, Mackenzie was the perfect age and she was really excited! Disney On Ice is definitely something she’ll remember for the rest of her life! (Me too!)

I had never been to an ice skating show before so I really didn’t know what to expect. And I was truly blown away! I had the opportunity to meet Candice from Mommy Explorer for the first time and we got to sit right next to each other!

The show was really amazing! It was mostly skits with singing and dancing but there were also jaw-dropping ice skating tricks and astonishing acrobatic air stunts!! Of course, the cotton candy and snow cones ($12) were way over priced but the cups make a nice keep sake!

My girls had such a great time at Disney On Ice this year! We’ve been before but this year they were actually old enough to sit and really pay attention to the show.

Haley is two so she still likes to fidget, especially towards the end, but Natalie will be four at the end of this month so she was really intrigued by the show!

Every time someone new came out on the ice she’d scream “clap mama, clap daddy, clap clap clap!!!”

Every show is different so there’s always something new to see no matter how many times you’ve been to see Disney On Ice. I also like that the show moves very quickly to keep your attention. They showed all the princesses, and had a Halloween themed skit, and a Christmas one too!

If you know me at all or follow me on Instagram then you know I take pictures CONSTANTLY so of course I took more than 250 photos during the 2 hours that we were there! Here’s a few of my favorites….

We went to Disney on Ice this time last year for the Dare to Dream show! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if you’re going to spend money on any type of show, Disney On Ice is the way to go! Every show is different so there’s always something new to see no matter how many times you’ve been.

It’s amazing what a difference a year makes! Natalie has gotten so much bigger and I’ve lost SO much weight! Haley is just about the same age that Natalie was last year when we went. I was concerned about how Haley would do since we initially didn’t plan on bringing her and she didn’t have much of a nap but I kept her entertained with Coke and our ticket stubs!

The show lasted about 2 hours although we left a little bit early due to sleepy babies. They typically go to bed between 8-9pm so by 9pm they were both pretty fidgety. Overall Natalie thoroughly enjoyed it and I plan to take them again next year!
