I’m very excited to announce that we have a sponsor for the upcoming SOOC Saturday 1 year anniversary! Sun Sniper will be giving away a camera strap to one lucky winner!! There will also be some new changes for SOOC Saturday coming in January so stay tuned!
If this your first time linking up with us, please check out the How To Join bullets at the bottom of a previous post for all the details. Basically you post a picture (that you took) Straight Out Of the Camera…. no editing and link up! If you’d like to post an edit after your SOOC shot, that’s fine too.
Please be sure to visit and leave a relevant comment on at least ONE other blog on the linky list.
Week 49
I made this ornament out of polymer clay (Sculpey to be exact). I made it as a Christmas gift for a family member. She just got married. I’m going to write her name and her hubby’s name on the stars.
(And no she won’t see this. She doesn’t read my blog… she didn’t know what an iPad was until I told her.)
It’s probably my favorite ornament I’ve made so far! I have a few others I’ll be posting soon!
Please share your SOOC shots below!!

Love your little snow couple. They are so cute.
Thank you very much! 🙂
Is sculpey the clay that you don’t bake? Or is that Fimo? It’s super cute…I was thinking I might MAKE ornaments for my kids this year. Any tips???
Sculpey is the same as Fimo just a different brand. They both are oven bake clay. I just use my regular oven. This one baked about 15 minutes.
I usually buy my clay online but I’ve gotten some really dry clay online before. The softer it is, the easier it will be to mold, especially for kids.
How adorable. I love crafts but very rarely do them anymore since my children are grown and gone. I may need to rethink this and start up again for next year.
Very cute, she will love it!
Love the ornament!
How lovely! That ornament will be so meaningful for them for years to come!
