These fun JELL-O JIGGLERS are the perfect addition to any Halloween themed party! They’re quick and easy and totally look awesome!
I attempted these Halloween recipes with my girls. We tried both the MMMMonster JIGGLERS and the Cat Eyes JIGGLERS. The Cat Eyes were incredibly easy and the mini monsters, well not so much.
I could tell you how to make them but you can find the recipe here – MMMMonster JIGGLERS, so let me tell you what NOT to do.
- Do NOT use regular shot glasses. I tried a few different containers and different sizes. The regular shot glasses were too rounded. The mini shot glasses I used had a great shape but they were way too hard to decorate. The plastic shot glasses worked the best although mine were still too rounded at the top.
- Do NOT forget to grease your containers.
- DO NOT let your lime JELL-O sit too long. It says until it is “slightly thickened” but just leave it long enough so it isn’t boiling hot. Only about 5 minutes.
- Do NOT decorate them too early. As soon as I added the black decorating gel, it started to melt.
Also be sure you try out the Glow-in-the-Dark option!
The Halloween Cat Eyes JIGGLERS turned out to be soooo easy and really cute! It literately took me about 10 minutes! I was worried I wouldn’t be able to cut the grape wedges into even slices but it was very simple.

I love the what NOT to do list! LOL! 🙂
Haha I know! Having the right containers is key though! I went from thinking “this is gonna be sooo easy, I got this” to “crap I’m screwed” LOL. Your kids would love making these though, you should try it! It was still fun attempting them even though it didn’t turn out exactly as I had planned! 🙂

Loving these so much. Those cats eyes are adorable. And thanks for the do not do. That’s the most important in DIY so much of the time! These will be featured at Link It or Lump it tomorrow!
